Kwik Quote (KQ) version 5.1.1 - new features

You can export quotations to Excel for later manipulation.

Go to the menu Quotatiion / Spreadsheet export. The .xls file will be saved in the Quotations directory with a filename spreatsheet-[reference]. You can change list price, quantity and factor to reach a new value for the quotation.

You can export quotations for another KQ user to update. Using the [Existing Quotation] panel, choose the quotation(s) you want another user to update, [Export], attach to an email or save on their network drive.

If you receive an exported quotation from another user for updating, use the [Existing Quotation] panel, [Import], and choose the file they sent. Now you have a "Copy of" the quotation and can update it.

Kwik Quote (KQ) version 4.5.1 - and newer contains these features
Kwik Quote now allows for quantities to be entered for each model quoted.
The [Print Preview] button has been split into [Print] for the original format, and [Print Ext] for the new quotation format which has extended prices.
KQ release 3 and newer has these features.
Please be aware that the four discounting routines as set on the Quotation Header panel have changed to be applied as follows:
Spec. Drainage - this discount will be applied to everything in the MPB-2007-CAN
Counterline - this discount will be applied to everything in the CLPB-2006-CAN
T1400 - this discount will be applied to everything in the T1400 plastic trench drain line
Proformer - this discount will be applied to everything in the Proformer SS line
We have improved the new button on the Cross Reference screen which allows you to [Add Text] or [Insert Text] without closing the screen. This means you will be able to create the entire quotation without going back to the Quotation Screen.
List of Submittals: Be sure to try the [List of Submittals] button on the Quotation screen. It will open a panel with a list of all the submittals associated with your quotation. From there you can choose to print (or fax if you have a fax program on your PC) the submittals you choose.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you already have Kwik Quote on your PC, use the update routine, NOT the install. If you install over top of the Kwik Quote program you already have on your machine, you will lose all of your open quotations.
