Q: How do I remove a few lines so that I can change to different models or sizes?
A: Hold down the "ctrl" key, then click on just the lines you want to delete. They will be highlighted. Now click [Delete Line]. Now highlight the line immediately BELOW where you want the new model and click [Insert Item].

A: First print the quotation with the net prices, then go to [Edit Header] and click the "Normal" radio button on each tab. Print the quotation again as a list price quotation. The customer will have to compare the two, separate quotations, but they will be able to see both the list and net prices for every item.

A: We handle support questions by e-mail. Reach us at: support@mifab.com with details and your telephone number. We will fix your problem.

A: The discount is not calculated until you select lines and [ Add to Quotation ]. Then you see the discounted amount.

Q: I used [ Edit Price / Line ] and changed a price, but when I looked on the quotation, the price had not changed.
A: You must have clicked [ Cancel ] instead of [ OK ]. Try again.

A: Yes, highlight the line you want to change and [ Edit Price / Line ], tick the Optional Variations and [ OK ].

Q: I changed the Reference Number on my quotation and now there is no sign of the old number.

Q: If I tick line 3 in the product screen, the first line is highlighted. Why?
A: That is a bug in software we purchased and the supplier won't fix it.
