    Specification: The Anti-Siphon Vacuum Breaker is designed to prevent the cross contamination through back siphonage of contaminated water. These devices should be installed according to local code and building plans by a licensed professional. This device is not to be used under continuous pressure or where there is a possibility of a back pressure condition.

The valve will remain open until the liquid has reached the float and is lifted into its seat, closing the valve. Likewise when a vacuum occurs, the float will drop, allowing air into the system to prevent pipe collapsing due to the negative pressure.

    Features: The Beeco Combination Air Valve (KA) performs the same function as the standard (K) series allowing large volumes of air in and out of the pipeline as air accumulates or as vacuums occur. However, the (KA) series allows smaller volumes of air to be released, as well. This valve is furnished with a top float and bottom float. Air bubbles can form in a pressurizedsystem from open sources and pumping vortexes which will accumulate at high points in the pipeline. Due to the relatively large orifice, compare to other automatic valves in the market, it can also release the air through initial filling of a small-diameter pipe, or admit air into it while it is drained.

    Properties: An Automatic air valve, that enables the release of dissolved air that accumulates in the pipeline. The valve will release the air at normal operation pressures of the pipeline. The Float is made of naturally-buoyant material (specific weight lower than 1). The float activates a sealing stripe, that closes the outlet when the water will fill the valve body. On accumulation of air in the valve, loss of buoyancy causes the float to drop and to pull the strip, thus opening of the air outlet. The Sweat Version is designed to solder into lines without disassembly; a low temperature solder should be used in order to eliminate damage to the seating surface.

    Purpose: The Beeco Flex Check Valve is designed to mitigate disc slam. Since the disc only has to travel approximately 35 degrees from a full open position to a fully closed position, the disc will close before flow reversal occurs in most applications.

    Features: The Beeco Flex Check Valve utilizes an angled seat and fully encapsulated, resilient disc. It is capable of handling a wide range of fluids including flows containing suspended solids.

    Installation: The Beeco Flex Check Valve may be installed in horizontal or vertical flow-up applications. When horizontal, however, the valve must be installed with the nameplate facing up and the cover level. In all installations, the flow arrow cast in the valve cover must be pointed in the direction of flow during normal system operation.

The use of a this BEECO jumper permits testing of the building piping system for leaks and pressure loss and allows for flushing or construction debris prior to the installation of the water pressure reducing valve.
